Programmable money isn't programmable, it requires automation and tools to use money more effectively.

There is an opportunity to deploy programs to use money or on-chain tokens much better, as a public good, open sourced and without fees.

A program that can:

1. Automate salary payments
2. Stream $x/slot to a wallet (and wallet can claim whenever
3. Person A submits an invoice to a contract full of money, person B signs the approve tx and the money is dispersed.
4. or other forms of monetary automation -- ideally it is an public good
